The world of wines and spirits can be daunting.  There are more bottles, labels and producers today then there have ever been in human history.  So how do you know that you are getting a good value?  Are you sure you will like that bottle of wine you just ordered?  A little bit of know-how will get you far in understanding your specific preferences and can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars a year in the process.
